We work closely with leading manufacturers of standard and high-performance yarns to source and specify the optimal materials for each application. - Engineer the structure
Using our expertise in weave construction, fibre behaviour, and machine capability, we design a fabric solution tailored to the requirement. - Determine the optimal finishing process
From wet finishing and dyeing to printing and heat setting, we apply the most appropriate finishing techniques to refine both performance and appearance. - Prototype and iterate
We produce initial samples and trial configurations quickly, allowing for evaluation, feedback, and refinement. - Validate performance
Products are tested against defined performance parameters — either in-house, using calibrated equipment including a 30-tonne tensile tester, or through specialist external partners - Scale to production
Once validated, we transition seamlessly into repeatable, controlled manufacturing.
