“Precision sublimation printing that bonds colour into the fibre —

delivering permanent, high-performance results”

Permanent, High-Definition Printing for Narrow Fabrics
Our sublimation printing capability enables high-performance, full-colour designs to be permanently embedded into narrow fabrics. Unlike traditional surface-applied methods, sublimation bonds colour directly into the fibre structure—delivering exceptional durability, clarity, and consistency.

This digital process uses heat and pressure to convert printed inks into gas, allowing them to fuse into synthetic materials such as polyester tapes, webbings, and elastic straps. The result is a lightweight, flexible product with no added texture, no risk of peeling, and long-term resistance to wear.

Key Advantages

  • Permanent prints that will not fade, crack, or wash out
  • No added weight or surface build-up — maintains flexibility and softness
  • High-definition detail for logos, gradients, camouflage, and complex patterns
  • Full edge-to-edge coverage across narrow widths
  • Scalable production — from small custom runs to continuous volume

This makes sublimation the preferred solution for applications where both visual performance and material integrity are critical.

How It Works

  • Designs are digitally printed onto transfer paper using sublimation inks
  • The design is heat-pressed through a specialist calendar system (approx. 200°C)
  • Under heat and pressure, the ink converts to gas and bonds into the fibres
  • The result is a permanent, abrasion-resistant print embedded within the fabric

    Applications

Our sublimation printing is widely used across technical and commercial sectors, including:

    • Military and defence webbing (MOLLE systems, rifle slings, tactical belts)

    • PPE and load-bearing equipment

    • Branded strappings and elastics

    • Elastic waistbands and performance textiles

    • Identification tags and specialist tapes

    Military & Technical Performance

Sublimation enables advanced camouflage and technical print applications that go beyond traditional methods.

    • Photorealistic camouflage with blended tones and transitions
    • Tuned MOD-matched colour systems
    • Options for IR-reflective or subdued finishes
    • High resistance to abrasion, UV, and chemicals

Lightweight and flexible for field use in extreme environments

    Engineering-Level Output

Because the print becomes part of the fibre—not a surface layer—you get:

    • No delamination risk
    • No degradation under friction
    • Consistent performance over time

This is why sublimation is superior to screen printing or heat transfer for high-performance narrow fabrics.
