From concept to realisation, we use our skill to develop and manufacture innovative products in partnership with our customers. We specialise in solving technical challenges to enable our components to give real benefits to finished products – "Engineered Textile Structures."

The fibres we use include: Polyester, Kevlar®, Nylon, Nomex®, Technora®, Dyneema®, Twaron®, Zylon®, Vectran®, Carbon, Elastomerics, as well as natural fibres such as wool, cotton and other cellulosics. Our processes look to satisfy requirements for specific performance properties, such as strength, abrasion resistance, fire resistance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, colour fastness, conductivity etc.

Our well equipped dyehouse enables us to colour and finish products on modern, continuous machinery. We can dye polyester, nylon, cotton and viscose. We also apply specialist treatments and coatings to give added value to finished products. Please see the Dyeing & Finishing page for a detailed overview of our process capability. We have our own testing facilities for product performance and conformity, including tensile properties, colour continuity and fastness and dimensional stability. We work with a range of External Laboratories for any additional testing that may be needed for product approval.
