We specialise in the development of high-performance woven Narrow Fabrics and Technical Ribbons. By the use of speciality fibres such as Kevlar®, Nomex®, Vectran®, Zylon®, Technora® and Carbon Fibre and our knowledge of product manufacturing, we can solve technical challenges faced by our customers.

We can achieve properties including high strength, light weight, flame resistance, high stability, creep resistance, abrasion resistance and impact resistance.

Fibres such as Kevlar® can offer tensile strengths 5 times stronger than steel, which enable components to be developed offering the same strength performance with lighter weight and smaller dimensions.

We can also engineer products to cope with harsh environments, being able to withstand high temperatures, provide good chemical resistance and

be self-extinguishing. We are able to incorporate special properties such as conductive tracks for flexible electronic products or static elimination for protection products.

Within the Dyeing and Finishing department, we are able to add additional properties to products to enhance performance. Examples include product stiffeners, softeners, UV protectors, anti-abrasion coatings, stain release agents and products to enhance further processing such as coatings.
